Microwave Disaster
Microwave. LOL
My sis kept bugging my mum to buy a microwave. my mum bought this super microwave which could microwave/grill/bake/defrost/steam. if you think WTF? you got that part right.
being the noob we are, we nvr use microwave before. so my mum and i experimented last night
all i wanted was a cup of warm milk. so i took the milk from the fridge and put it in a cup put it in the microwave. then my mum put 1 min on medium. when i took it out, it tasted like milk that hadnot been put in the fridge. so we put it in for another minute. still the same, except the cup was slightly warmer. so this time round my mum said there's smth called sensor reheat where the microwave will auto detect and reheat till it's 'cooked' we put it in, 2 mins later the milk started bubbling. it looked like it was boiling, so we quickly stopped it and took it out. already, a layer of curd formed on top of the milk. sad case man, i had boiling milk.
my mum decided to get more adventurous and decided to heat up a loaf of those french loaf bread. the first time we put 2 min on high. the crust was rather crispy but the inside was cold(even though we cut the loaf into half horizontally). so we decided to put another loaf in and put 4 mins this time round. while enjoying my milk(now warm) i smelt smth funny. i looked at the microwave, the insides had steam. SHIT. is that bread turning black?
STOP. FASTER STOP!!!
tadaa. black bread with alot of black fume. wth. the smell lasted several hours. o man. microwave is hard to use man!
